Tara Barnes is a dedicated occupational therapist with over 17 years of experience in the field, specializing in hand therapy. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a profound commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals through tailored therapeutic interventions that promote recovery and independence.

Graduating with a degree in Occupational Therapy from ULM, Tara quickly developed a passion for hand therapy, recognizing the intricate relationship between upper extremity function and overall well-being. This passion has driven her to pursue advanced training in specialized hand therapy techniques, ensuring that she remains at the forefront of best practices in the field.

In addition to her clinical work, Tara has made a significant contribution to the education of future occupational therapy practitioners. She served as an instructor in an occupational therapy program, where she taught courses in therapeutic techniques, evidence-based practice, and the importance of holistic patient care.
