Medicare

We accept Medicare patients. Medicare requires a referral/script from a medical doctor, or following initial evaluation by our physical therapist, a medical doctor who will sign off on our prescribed treatment plan. Medicare requires Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy to have a referral/script prior to initial evaluation.  Traditional Medicare covers 80% of the therapy cost, while the supplement covers 20%.  We can see any patient with traditional Medicare with any associated supplement insurance plan.

Medicaid

Managed Medicaid insurances require a referral/script from the MD prior to initial examination for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to expedite the authorization process.

Other Options

For personal injury we will work with your attorney for arranged payments.

We accept private pay via cash, credit card, check, and HSA/FSA with negotiated financing available.
